This cover art is for Grammy-winning artist Kirk Franklin and his single with the Compassion International Youth Choir. The final art will be visible on large-scale music platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify. The glitter aligns with Kirk's style, and it speaks to individuals coming together as a beautiful whole, and it also represents the grit of the many children Compassion serves.
Process
I began my creative process with thumbnails. Once I narrow it down, I created the glitter texture by drawing with charcoal on paper then scanning it into Adobe Photoshop.
